why? whats wrong with a bigger turbo? and a built impreza engine?... it can be done but the project will strech passed the engine in to building up your tranny to handle the extra torque and your suspension so that it can handle all that extra weight... to relocating the radiator so that you can fit the engine

because i cant go bigger on a 4 cylinder, im already running a 35r. and i already have a built engine also. a 2.65 block with a tripple forged cobb crank, crower rods, je pistons that have been anti-friction coated and anti-detonation treatment. all held in place with forged steel T sleeves being able to hold 50lbs of boost bolted with arp headstuds and cometic headgaskets. for heads i have v8 spec C heads that had a stage 5 port/polish job to them with DPR stage 3 sti cams with .421 lift and 234 duration. for intake i have a ported 06 impreza rs intake reverse mount with a 70mm throttle body. perrin piping, and custom fabricated giant frontmount intercooler. and i also have a 50 shot of Nitrous to help spool that 35r.

drivetrain i have a stage 3 Spec clutch mounted to a v7 jdm sti type RA 6 speed with suretrac, and of course the r180 rearend, brembo's all around, etc.

engine managment im going to be running the hydra system.

no suspenion yet but thats next

the car is still not built all the way yet but its well on its way, the only problem is even with all this i still wont be able to beat the dsm world record holder of 7.4 in 1/4 mile.

but with a svx stroked to 3.5, alcohol injection, and a 42r....i see it happening

Well if you want to see a SVX in the process lemme know. I live just outside of Worcester. I would love to see your car too. Also there is a guy in Waterbury CT selling en EG33 with 80k on it for $200. His name on here is

why dont you just buy that purple WRX that pops up on ebay? all that is left is a fuel injection system.... it has a twin turbo svx engine in it but they were never able to finish the project
