Weather's rainy but temps are normal.

Don't order from the dealership. I usually look up SVX part numbers on subaruparts.com then order them on 1stsubaruparts.com because they are cheaper.

Are you the guy I met near Revelstoke, BC?

What about duties, and taxes, it is comming from the US right?
I talked to the AC delco dealer and they can get the TPS for $230 CDN, but I don't think it is a genuine Subaru part

I don't think we have ever met before even though, I travel to Winnipeg at least 4-5 times a year, sometimes more.

I would go genuine Subaru. By the time you get it to your door expect to pay about twice the price in Canadian funds.

eg. if a part is USD$150 then expect to pay about CAD$300 after shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage...

The reason I asked if we met was because on my way to the Dabob, WA meet I met a guy from Calgary when we were going through BC. He had a gorgeous red 94 LSi w/168000kms and immaculate ORIGINAL paint w/no fade on the mirrors whatsoever!

We talked for a bit and he said he was going to start doing a bit of posting on the forums.

I don't have red SVX
I got my pearl white SVX, about 2 moths ago, with broken front diff, and 318k Kms, Since then I fixed the front diff, replaced exchaust donuts, bolts and springs, and couple of minor interior problems. Started driving it past friday, car seems to run good, engine sounds like it has 50k Kms on it, except for the TPS and Knock sensors and front ball joins (so far)

I wish I had red 94 with only 168k Kms

Perhaps you'll see him around town then. If you do say hi for me. You'll know it if you see it because you'll be blinded by the shininess

I've got a pic somewhere.
