Nice shots. You might also want to try experiementing with a slightly longer exposure next time.

Yeah, the reason i wasnt is because I didnt think to bring along my tripod, so i was holding the camera.

I took some really long-exposure pictures last year at a 4th of July party with coworkers I used 10-30sec exposures and some of them turned out really, really cool.

Unfortunately I'm lazy and I haven't scanned any of them.

I had hoped to take some this year with the new camera, but we didn't have the party and it rained anyway.
