I figured we should seperate the list of confirmed reservations from the other Reading thread, so here it goes.

I was finally able to make reservations. It appears that the "RESERVATION" office does NOT have any indication of the SVX Meet. I called the hotel and they transfer your call to "RESERVATIONS" - don't let them do that. Deal with the hotel itself. They are aware of the meet. They'll even provide a confirmation number
