I didn't discover the winter/summer mode switch until ~ 1 month after I got the car. Cool feature!

Speed sensitive wipers are definitely cool...

User manuals? Who reads user manuals!

The other day I discovered (by accident) that with the park or headlights on, if you press the little button on the end of the indicator stalk, the lights for the radio and climate control go bright like when the headlights are off!
Good for those gloomy days you want let others know you are there, but then find it hard to read these console lights after they dim with the lights.
Also, as mentioned in my home post, have found that the wipers will operate with the key at the acc. position.
It's just a bit annoying that the electric windows won't work till you turn the key to ignition!
Just a question.... Is it normal to only have one park light come on?
Arthur.

Did you also find the 'telescoping' lever?

[Did you also find the 'telescoping' lever? [/B][/QUOTE]

When I first got the car, I found the telescoping lever, but not the tilt one. From any position of the seat that I could deal with, for some reason the crest of the steering wheel always covered the crest of the speedometer and the high beam indicator. I always had to duck my head to see how fast I was going or if I was high-beaming somebody.

I actually began checking my speed by which number position on the odometer, the bottom of the speedometer pointer was covering. Then I read someone's thread about the tilt lever so I went out to check my car and there it was!!!

Funny thing is, I had to remove like 50 freakin pounds of 90's cell phone wiring crap from the car from the previous owner. You'd think I'd have found it then...

Yes, I have a tray (you would not believe how much it costs to order a brand new one). Does your pass seat have the rails for it?

Took me forever to find the summer/winter wiper switch. I had heard about it, but just assumed for some reason I didn't have one.

The dimmer switch for the clock/radio/climate control lights is really cool too. Didn't really understand it until I drove in the dark. They really can be too bright in the dark and too dim in the daylight.

One of the coolest things I think is the lights off when the key's off. Only bad thing is that it spoils me in other vehicles... gotta remember to turn off the lights!

How about the FUSE PULLER in the cover of the fuse box? That's only one of the things the original owner kept when he traded in MY SVX. He kept almost everything else he could take off that wouldn't be noticed. Like the tool kit with the wheel chocks. He did, however, miss the fact that he lost the SUBARU PEN between the seats.

Okay.. Another 'hidden feature'....

Heated Mirrors???

I had no idea... It's amazing what you find out when you RTFM...

I was looking up how to adjust the steering wheel.. I'd found the 'easy exit' tilt lever and figured that was all the options I had for tilt... (Then I found the slider in the middle of the steering column and can actually see the speedo and turn signals now!).

I found a full corona bottle in with my spare tire the other day. Not quite sure how it got there, though, but I'd never taken it out before then.

same case in my car !!! but I don't have the security switch neither the power mode switch. but I also have the tray !!! I put my UZI in it (UZI = machine gun ) I also have like a small box made from the same material of the trunk clothing below the left taillight. It opens to the right, I dunno for what it is used.... when opening it I only see the car's chassis...

The undertray doesnt go in every SVX if im not mistaken. You have to make sure there is a place underneath the passenger seat for it to slide into. If you dont have the thing it slides into then it won't fit.
