I think you are wrong Mr. Pockets. The arm dexterity test look very real to me. I've seen some weird stuff and this look real. Even if it does have a cable.

It looks real to me. The sheer amount of information on that page would be pretty incredible to 'fake'... along with detailed crap (and somewhat mundane crap) of the motion sensing, distressed car viewing, etc.

The guy's got a very vivid imagination, no doubt. But I drew things just as detailed in my notebooks when I was in high school.
Those clips are nothing more than CG composited over video.
