Cool Racing Site

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/moto...de/3517627.stm

A F1 site by the BBC. Shows G's, speed, and comentary by the driver, for all 2004 F1 tracks quite cool.

The support ship sits a few hundred meters off the submerged Trident sub when they launch a ballistic test missile. If I saw one come out of the water and start this spiral I think I would be a) doing a duck & run, or b) filling my pants, but definitely not c) snapping pics. I'm amazed at the guts of some photographers.

Range = classified. On tests we launch about 40 miles off the FLA coast and the re-entry bodies come down just offshore of our Ascension Island site (7 degrees S of Equator, about mid-way between Africa & South America - or roughly 5000 miles away).

This may be my favorite site EVER... but I'm weird... well, there's also supercars.net.

But in response to your query...
