Mudflaps?

The weather has been so awful lately, and my aftermarket
rims stick out a little more than than the stock ones did;
and as a result, my car looks terrible. Anyone here have
mudflaps? Are there SVX mudflaps? Anyone have pictures?
TIA!

......nope. That was the week of The World Cup race at Grouse,
and The Tim Horton thingamajig at Whistler. That picture was
the ONLY one to come out! (it was some off-brand disposable
and it was too dark in the woods!) It was taken near Mt. Seymour, at the bottom:"Fisherman's Trail" I believe. Do you
ride much? We're definitely coming back again this summer.
We stay in North Vancouver; a Holiday Inn I think....on Nanaimo
Drive. I saw an SVX in the lot there! Please reply, it would be
great to have some sort of contact there, besides NSMB.com.

....so then, not many of you have mudflaps.
I wonder if I'll be kicked out of this club, if I do put them on!

Yes, you will.
We also kick out any member who runs with the rims on backwards, paints his svx yellow, or puts chrome trim on the wheelwells.

Uhmm, well OK then, I guess I'll just be leaving then
Thinks; "I wonder if I should use the mudflaps to scrape off that yellow paint before it dries. I can take them off when I swap the rims around"
Gee, why don't people like Yellow makes the SVX look like the ultimate TONKA TRUCK
Arthur.

Did you photoshop that? I think solid yellow (w/o the black top) looks alright. After all, it was a factory color in other countries.

Oh, and the silver svx is a JDM one, don't know whos. I like the Blitzen B4 spoiler but it looked better w/o the STi flaps.

No I don't ride at all. But there was a huge event here in town two summers ago out at the fair grounds. Maybe it was the Canadian Championships.
If you are out here give me a shout. But you understand that I live on Vancover Island in the Town of Nanaimo, home of the Nanaimo Bar and not on the mainland. Ill put you up.

. Ill put you up.

It never ceases to amaze me how owners of SVXes
will go out of their way for another fellow enthusiast!
Yes, I am aware of where you live. Are you aware of you freakin' live? My gosh; probably the finest scenery I've ever seen was on
The Sea to Sky Highway...guess why they say it's North America's
most scenic drive, eh? (had to throw that in) You are one lucky SOB! There is supposed to be some terrific riding on that island.
What do you do for kicks?

"Are you aware of you freakin' live? "

SUPERNATURAL BRITISH COLUMBIA,

I have to admit it is one beautifull place. I grew up in Toronto. At the age of 36 with two young daughters My wife and I packed it in. That was in 1990. It was hard to leave a life time behind. We would do it again.
" what do I do for kicks" I'm a wanttobe sailor. Try to get out on friends boats as often as I can. Even when I was about to buy the SVX my wife said you could by a sailboat. But finding the time to go out is the problem. So friends with boats whom never get to go out or their family don't want to, call me up.

"It never ceases to amaze me how owners of SVXes
will go out of their way for another fellow enthusiast! "

Its only because you are a Pearly, and a 92 to boot. You don't really think I would make such an offer to a Burgundy or a Ebony do ya. Eh?

SUPERNATURAL BRITISH COLUMBIA,

Hey, are you a RUSH fan? Just curious.
That was a big move from TO to BC, what line of work are you in?
Did you move because the boating is better?
Are you aware of any of the mountain bike outfitters in your area?
There are a couple on the island, and we've even considered
riding there next time we go. Yes, I'm a proud Pearlie owner,
she looks and runs like new, even with 137, 000 miles on her.
Tell me more about life where you are.......
I may want to move.
