JDM Part lateness...
It turns out that Masao was in the US while we were waiting for him in Japan. Great uh?
Anyways here is the email: Dear Lwin Maung I'm sorry for the long delay in responding. I was on business trip to the US, and just came back last night. I'm sorry for your inconvenience. It was unexpected business trip due to a problem of customs clearance, so I had to go there suddenly because items I shipped were electrical control units for forklifts and they had possibilities to be used for weapons. I urgently collected catalogues of forklifts and diagrams issued by the manufacturer and had to show and explain contents of the document for the clearance. Anyway, all parts you ordered are ready to ship. I will ship them urgently. I will be able to report the shipment within 12 hours. Once again, I am very very sorry for your inconvenience. I normally don't go to a long business trip suddenly, but this time was a little special. Also, staff of my office were having a rest by influenza, and it caused a long silence. Pardon me please. ANOTHER UPDATE
Dear Lwin Maung
The parts you ordered were shipped this evening. Please confirm attachment. You clients will be able to receive the package around 4-6 days later. <IMPORTANT> Please let the clients to confirm the contents of the package immediately once they received it. The packages were insured, but if something happened in the package, they have to claim the thing to a post office where delivered it. Procedure of insurance can be done from Japanese end, but what we need is a document issued by a post office that says there were damages in the package when it was delivered. Also, phone number for Jake Schmidt and Vivian Zook was the same. I believe both packages will be delivered to them in safe even if the number was wrong, but please let them know to pay much attention to the package. Clients can track the package through internet. The package was picked up a short while ago, so they may be unable to find it out right now. But it will be available around 3-5 hours later.
