Cracked windshield.
Some idiot at my apartments decided to hit my windshield with stone or hammer,the other evening.
 Now i have 10 inch crack that starts in the middle of left A-pilar,and i'm sure will continue to other side in short time. Can i still pass tech inspection for AX or Track Day with cracked windshield? Bart.

That sucks! I'm sorry to hear that. Terrible when people do things like that...
You won't pass inspection if it crosses the drivers field of view. As far as track, it's highly doubtful that your car will pass, because of the added stress on the vehicle, if something happened they'd want to be as far from liable as possible. I have been in talks with glass places in the area, the cheapest I've found is a green glass windshield for $600. While I believe the rest of my glass is gold, it won't really matter once I get the windows tinted.
