How much for that EG33 in the window?

There is a junkyard around me that has one for 1,000. It only has 40,000 miles on it, ...... so what are u tryin to swap?

I want to drop one in my 98 Legacy. In my research,the EG33 fits in the engine bay and mounts up fine to my Auto tranny. I would just also need, the ECU, wiring harness, and x-memeber(or make a new one) and for security purposes a tranny cooler. I don't have many SVX parts cars around to price comparison so any help on prices would be great.

If you are anywhere near Tacoma, you could talk with the guys at smallcar performance. They have a ton of experiance with the eg33, and doing conversions.

I was just going to suggest Smallcar as well. They have done at least half a dozen conversions with the eg33, putting them in 80's Volkswagon Vanagons.

They also sell and/or install 5 speeds in the SVX.

I was just done there the other day and Brian had a eg33 with 27,000 original miles on it! I don't think it was spoken for yet, not sure. Definitely worth calling them though!
