Check Ebay. There has been one listed on there off and on for the last 3 or 4 months. It has been cheap with shipping being the largest cost. That might be the best solution unless you find one locally.

Edit: I just looked on Ebay and the ones there now are not very cheap. Not the one that I was talking about. If not in a hurry check periodically to see if a reasonably priced diff has been listed. The one I was talking about started at $29.99 and was in Colorado.

I've got one. 102k miles and If someone can tell me how to get the axles out I'll get a shipping quote and whatnot for you. Otherwise if you could wait a few months, I could swing by on my way to Reading in April.

Axles have to be pried out with a big wrecking bar. The bigger... the better!

I'd really like to get 4wd going before the snow hits here at the mighty north coast. Thanks for the offers guys but it looks like budfreak is the only game in town right now.
