Reading XI Dates *NEW*

This is a repeat of the original thread except that the poll will offer multiple choices.

Those of you who have already voted can vote again if you want. Once this one gets started I will delete the original thread.

It is never too early to start thinking about this again as I will start negotiations with the hotel soon.

Easter is early next year and the dates we like are almost exactly the way they were at this years meet, except we're trimming back by a day to the normal Friday-Sunday schedule.

The week before (9-11) is still cool and always has the last-minute income tax conflict.
The week after (23-25) is warmer. We only had one meet this late, the unforgettable Reading 7 (pronounced "very wet")

Traditionally, the middle of the month has given us the best results. Vote for your choices

Re: Reading XI Dates NEW

The 3rd weekend seems to be traditionally good weather and I'm also voting for the 4th weekend as that gives the most time between the meet and taxes due. Even though really anytime should be good for me based off of how my life is at the moment. I am finishing my master's program so who knows where I'll be or what I'll be doing next year.

Re: Reading XI Dates NEW

It surprises me that April 15th is so critical to the date!

I must be spoiled with simple returns. The only thing mid-April means to me is waiting to pay the state.
