looks like svxaddict signed on today...
Of course he didn't reply to any of my mesages. That A#$-HAT screwed me out of some money. I hope nobody else falls for his scams. I wish there was a way to get even!!!

He replied to my messages. He also e-mailed me (prior to logging in here).
I had already gotten my money back through Paypal though..

is this the guy that uses SVXspeedshop@gmail.com?? i ordered a mitchell CD from him which was never delivered.. i have disputed it from paypal but this is a first for me... cant someone delete his profile on here?

This guy uses two e-mail accounts that I know of:
nadiastep@hotmail.com and uskiray@aim.com The former is the one I was issued when I made the purchase, and the second was the one I was contacted with after PayPal closed my case and refunded my money.

Very smoothly. If you give them all the information, they can help you a lot. I filed a dispute, got no response from svxaddict, raised to a claim (and provided links to all the relevant threads here on the forums), and after 10 days they decided in my favor and recovered the funds. Pretty painless save for the original reason for doing it, in my opinion.

Sad. I was waiting (now on week 3) for some parts from him until I read this. I suppose I will start a claim with PayPal...

He actually sent me a PM today. Here's what it said...
"yes ill send it out today! please cancel the paypal thing so they wont put my account it negative u will have a tracking number within an hour" That message was sent this morning and still no tracking number. I'm not going to be scammed again. If he sends me either the ECU I paid for, or a refund, I will cancel the claim and make things right. Until then, the claim stands! (EDIT) I just recieved a message from PayPal's claim department saying that he has provided me with a tracking number. The tracking number shows a package being delivered on June 2nd. (Saturday). Hopefully this all works out. I really do perfer that these things get resolved the right way. Last edited by kcpaz; 05-29-2007 at 11:51 PM.
