Cheaper fix for the radiator crack

My radiator cracked about 3 months ago and after searching every where I couldn't find a radiator for under $400 which I thought was ridiculous so after spending a fair amount of time calling radiator repair shops one decides that replacing the svx top tank with, I belive 98 outback top tank would give you a very close match to the SVX top tank. So I had this done and installed it today. Its a pretty easy installed. For the install you need to find a new upper radiator hose, since the top tank is a little taller you need to take off 1/4 to 3/8 of a an inch of the rubber bushings where the bottom pins fit, but the top radiator mounts fit with one bolt, and i managed to tie down the fans with zip ties(making a mounting system right now). But the best part was the price the whole thing set me back about $130 including the upper hose and radiator fluid and the top tank which is alot cheaper than a new radiator or a PNR one that requiers about the same amount of costume work.
