Carfax req

[Dengue]

My stepfather died in November, and I'm trying to get rid of some of the stuff, one of the thing he had is an old cherry picker (bucket truck?).

anyhow, I don't have a clue where the title is, and to that end I don't know that we've ever had a title, he tended to get things via trade, so I'd like to do a carfax and see if I can get a clue as to who actually owns it, (hopefully it was transfered to him)
