My exhuast collector is full stainless 2.5" mendrel J bend piping. I can draw some pics up for a twin setup, but you will need quite a bit more piping and the intercooler will be more work. You will have to put the battery in the trunk most likely, and use the sawzaw a lot, placing each turbo in the fender well. The maf would have to be placed after the turbo, so i would talk to michael about how this would affect the mass air flow adapters ability to read air that is already compressed.

no way!! Take note of the MAF sensor on a twin turbo 300zx. This is what I made my ideas from. Have a single collector with even piping to each turbo. To complete this, the intake will need to be place at the center behind the front bumper, go though the MAF and the split into 2 that will feed the turbos. The ideal setup I could think of is twin tmic's one where the battery is and the other where the ABS pump is. There would be short tubing comming straight up from the turbos, feeding to the TMIC's and then runng them to a collector on the TB'S. If I can get this teal up and running I will take my silver off the road and begin work on mine. The hardest part will be making custom Headers with the turbo flange. Gonna need a whole lot of primary tubing to run into a 3-1 collector followed shorty by the turbo exhaust flange. Need to do some more research but I am entering the portion inmy semester now where I have done more school work in the past day than my whole semster collectively. I am probobly going to buy rebuilt turbos for the actual running production but use the ones i have now as a jig

congrats on the turbo man

and i must say, it is a great day in svx land, now that turbo systems and superchargers are a readily achievable reality....

now if i just had some loot for my own

congrats though.

Tom:

i like that idea of the twin turbo with the single maf..... would you be using one of those intercooler looking ricey intakes? jk sounds sweet

that sounds like the illest setup.... SVX-TT

off topic... but my dream for my svx is to somehow get my hands on a 4ws unit /parts car from japan , uk ...
_then_ Twin turbo or S/c

.....AWD 6MT SVX-TT 4WS 400AWP
drool drool drool drool drool.....

thnx, took a little while to drum up the idea. Now the tough part is going to be getting it started. Hoping that the turbo's internal wastegates will only allow 4-5 PSI in the manifold so that I can run an adjustable boost controller along with them for push button power. We will see how ti goes.
