is that the gas one? I know the first one's they came out with were "rated" by BMW at 300hp and 300 lb/ft torque but they were greatly underated as some magazine dynoed one right out of the factory and it had 288 hp at the rear wheels which would be equal to about 330hp or so at the crank. That TT diesel is the same block and displacement and was rated at 290hp and 430 lb/ft of torque. BMW tends to downplay both their hp numbers as well as their 0-60 and quarter mile times. At least over the past decade or so.

Sorry for the hijack Stevebsy. To put something relavant, I think it's awesome you're trying to do this. Utilizing the smaller and bigger turbo should mean there won't be too much lag.
