Question Help: Windshield & Seatbelt Replacement

I'm looking for an inexpensive replacement windshield, and some info on having it replaced. I'd like to find one that I can drive to pick up and return in the same day. (I'd appreciate any leads.)

Can I fit a Windshield inside my car, maybe with the back seat down?

If so, what's the proper way to pad it to keep it from breaking?

Do all OEM windshields have the Titanium oxide coating?

As I understand it, I will need the new windshield to still have its original gasket (is this the right term?) attached - or have the gasket from my old one reused (Is that even possible?). How do I let the remover/installer know how to do this?

If I have to have the windshield transferred from a parts car to my car (or a loose one installed to my car) at the location I buy it, how can I tell if a potential installer knows what he's doing?

I also need to replace my driver's side seatbelt, the strap itself, because it's fraying. This is for a non-power seatbelt. I would consider using the seat belt from my 92, but since it's a power seatbelt, that wouldn't work, would it? I doubt it would be difficult to find a new seatbelt, but how do I replace it? Do I buy a whole SVX seatbelt assembly, or can just easily buy generic seatbelt strap and attach to the existing assembly?
