Anyhow subaru lost their identity on the road with their new impreza and B9 (yeh dont call it B9 anymore, its Tribeca only)designs. Atleast they didnt mess up with Forester, Legacy and Outback . I would take 07 anytime over 08.

I wrote them couple of days back, and they said that their new designs are based on customers feedback. I wonder who on the earth would recommend such a copycat designs if he/she is a loyal Subaru follower.

Subaru should possibly use a different half dozen members of the public to support their marketing feedback.

All these modern cars are looking the same, because the design departments are asking the same questions from similar bodywork design CAD programmes. Naturally they will come up with similar answers.

That's why the SVX looks different, it was designed in the first place by Giugiaro, then "refined" and modified by the Fuji design team. It already had soul before they started altering the package.

It's about time some of these guys threw away the laptops and started designing cars from the heart again. Most of us on here buy with the heart, so they need to forget about the computers if they want to appeal to the heart.
