Notifications in Spam Folder
Ever since the network was down last week, whenever I get the instant notifications they go straight to my spam folder. It was fine before the network was down. But now I have to constantly check my mail box to see if there's any new posts on here

Sounds like you need to adjust your spam filter to allow emails from the network.

If its Outlook, simply right click on the email and click "Junk Mail" -> "Add Sender's Domain to Safe Senders List".
