anybody want to help?
i am going to be taking on many endeavors in repairing my svx... instead of searching the forums and getting partial answers to my questions i want to know if there is someone who can without a doubt answer most/all of my questions and help walk me through everything... anybody that could consider themself an expert do it yourselfer and is willing to help should reply or pm me...
things i'll be tackling by myself... -valve cover gaskets/front seal/oil pressure switch -radiator(no help needed) -timing belt -a couple transmission faults... -re-installing door lock cylinder the how-to's have been pretty helpful in the past, but if i am confused about something i cant ask the how-to... thats why i am hoping for someones help here things i am looking for is what tools i will need, how long it should take, and what associated parts i will have to buy... and of course simple step by steps... if anybody wants to help please get a hold of me... on here or... AIM... dc22487 MSN instant messenger... arc1013@msn.com

all the stuff you mentioned are pretty feasible by anyone who has the tools to do it. I am not sure about the tranny problems, but the thing that will take most of the time is the timing belt. You need physical help as well as professional tools, if you are not that handy.

i am doing the timing belt for 2 reasons
-my cover developed a hole from a bad crank pulley (crank pulley was replaced with ease)... -i was told i may as well do it while doing the front seal i'm gonna take out my radiator and replace that at the same time as most of this stuff to hopefully make things 200 times easier... i dont have a very big tool collection though
