What a beautiful day!

First....a much-needed sleep-in. Then Jean and I drove down to Hinton and washed the SVX, followed by a nice breakfast with a wide view of the river, then off to Pipestem State Park with the sunroof open....a slow cruise around the park, appreciating dozens of deer and robins.

Spring isn't here yet.....but the preview was very nice indeed!

Today was the first nice day here too - 75 degrees, bright sunshine, freshly waxed svx, long ride with windows down and sunroof open.
I am finally recharged from the long grim winter.
Been smiling ever since.

<church property>

That's cool.....they are in the business of forgiveness.

Either that, or there will be hell to pay!

VERY good friend!

weather in michigan

well, i wish i could have done the same today. I did go out for a short drive around noon, but you know, it's just a bit colder here....

It is currently partly cloudy, with a temperature of 12 degrees F and a wind chill of -2 degrees F. But, the weather says that 1 week from today, it will be 59 degrees F here, i'm looking forward to that.

Saturday was great here.

I went skiing. Beautiful sunny peaceful day with great snow and temps in the low 40's.

Just what I needed.

yesterday!!!

I went skiing yesterday and the temp was -18 and although it was sunny, the wind was howling....

That was after I trudged through the two foot drifts in my front walk which were not that bad since shovelling the walk out meant hefting the snow up onto the 4.5 foot banks ...

We have had a ton of snow this year and its just Ontario, not Colorado or Wyoming; ONTARIO!!!!

That is very cold. I've had a very good ski season as it's not been very windy. Saturday did not even have a breath of wind!
