i saw someone do that the other night to another car...i called the police with a full description...then the arse returned to the scene of the crime and got repremanded!

hmm...well i think that the cop could not do much. considering it was on private property. shopping malls, convient stores, etc. are all considered private property so cops can't do much. they can file a claims report saying that it was vandalized or something like that so you can claim it on your insurance, but other than that, it's going to be hard to get them. now if you had some witnesses, you could sue him in small claims court but you would have to catch him and make arrangements with the witnesses to be in court. all in all it's a lost cause. for a nominal fee, i can break their arms and legs for you.

yup, your insurance if full coverage will cover it. altho the downside is that if you get 2 more offenses then they'll jack your rate. accidents your fault or moving violations will increase your premium
