Well it says right on the card 'Card identifies you to Subaru Service Departments - not a credit card.'

I imagine it's just a quick-reference card for name, address and VIN...

...but since it has the SVX logo on it I want one.

Just one more thing that I *didn't* get (like DRIVE magazine) when I bought my SVX new from the dealer.

Re: Anyone seen this SVX dealer issued card?

It's a card issued by SOA when you buy the SVX new. I had one and carried it around in my wallet for the longest time. Other than the VIN and 800 number to SOA customer service, it doesn't really have much of a use.

I've got a card. Got it when I bought the car new in '96. It's just an ID card for the dealership when you take it in for maint. or the like. Got a copy of the Drive also. I've got to post all the ItalDesign stuff I've got one of these days (if I can ever get it scanned).

Arright! Will you bring it to the 10th Anniv. Meet? We can all get a VCR and sit in a room and have yet another "SVX moment".

I'll add to the moment. I've always loved the SVX so when Road Test Magazine(1/2 hour tv show) did a review of a '92 Dark Teal SVX in '93 I taped it. After all these year I have always made sure to not tape over it It's exactly 5 minutes long and oh so much fun to watch
