hello all
hi whats up,
my name is pete, i live in connecticut, and am in the process right now of bying a 94 svx lsi. wow, that sounded like i was at an AA meeting. well anyway, hi. If anyone has any advice in buying and what to look out for lemme know. any input is helpis great. thanks pete

do a search on here - you'll find all the info you can read.
you may want to install a tranny cooler, external filter, and tranny temp gauge for starters, if it doesn't already have them, along with some fresh fluid. good luck, and enjoy your new SVX!

Good luck with your search and welcome to the site. With SVXs, it's definitely worth it in the long run to pay a little extra for one with complete maintenance records and in sound mechanical condition!

hi im matt m from salisbury md. im also addicted to the elusive mind altering drug known as the svx. hahahaha my parents just had an"intervention" about selling the car for a cheeper subaru. right... like thats going to happen. but really. have a mechanic run it over and check all the fluids. a svx can go sour faster than milk in a frat house.

I have a problem too, but we won't go into that right now. If you look in the "How-To Documents" (a link is in the upper right hand part of the page) there is a document that gives you some ideas on what to look for and/or possible problems. Good luck.
