Re: EM Solution
Are you running FI? 6 speed, right? That sort of thing. I thought you ditched the supercharger, so I was curious what you're running now.
If your build is in another thread, let me know and I'll go look there. Or maybe I'll just go look anyway.

He was running the hydra on a stock motor at first, then threw the stage 3 back on and tweaked it for that 12.99 run.

I hope Tom does get some really good numbers. He has all winter to play with settings to dial it in.

Re: Hydra Nemesis
It is now available for OBDI automatics as well.
I checked the inputs from the ECU and could only find 2. 1. Engine speed (taken car of) 2. Atmospheric pressure (built into stock ECU... gonna have to deal with a code) and then there is the torque control line which I may or may not work on in the future. You will lose the torque control, which anyone buying the Hydra probably does not want. If anyone in the future wants to hire me to write a map and program the ECU to use it... I would be willing. Tom P.S. I will be working on getting OBDII harnesses made so all SVXi will be able to use this |

Obdii...
...or today I spent last night wiring a jumper harness to jump from the OBDII ECU connector to male OBDI connectors. Took about 4-5hrs total.
I then plugged the OBDI male connectors into my Nemesis harness out of my car. Plugged the whole bit into Its Just Eric's 96... Runs like a champ. I still need to pull the codes off the TCU to see what is acting up... I am going to imagine the comm port for the ECU and torque control, neither of which hinder the transmission's ability to operate normally... SO... I will let you know what they are but the car does run and drive well with the Nemesis on an OBDII platform. Tom |

Re: Hydra Nemesis
Ok, OBDII TCU codes are for the MAF(not functional) and torque control signal.
I am tinkering with the idea of selling TCU's without these things if people cannot stand to see the Power light or ATF temp light flash 16 times on start-up. Otherwise... Its good to go!! Tom |

Re: Hydra Nemesis
Tom, pardon me not willing to take the time to re-read everything here, but what are the inputs for the system again? Is it a MAP... I mean, this eliminates the MAF, right?
Sorry, probably a stupid question.

Re: Hydra Nemesis
Yes. The Nemesis has an on-board MAP sensor and it conjunction with an external IAT, eliminates the need for the MAF.
