My Water Pump Leaks?

I discovered a coolant leak several days ago so I've been avoiding driving my SVX (sniff). I finally got around to checking it out (I was WAY overdue for an oil change) and discovered some coolant dripping originating around the block near the thermostat. I'm suspecting I've got a bad seal in the water pump.

I was going to renew the water pump when I did the timing belt change (another overdue procedure- I'm still finishing up the new house- almost done, though- YAY!!), so it looks like I'm going to be doing it NOW.

I've lost track of the 'low-cost' leader for Subaru parts- I know that 'subaruparts.com is virtually defunct... So who's the best place to pick up a timing belt and a water pump?
