condensor bolt woe...

I'm trying to replace my AC condesor and having a great problem with removing the high side aluminum line from condensor (to reuse it). The bolt is seized so hard that nothing obvious is working. My 115ft.lb electric impact wrench, PB blaster, I even cut off the block fitting part from condensor, and heated it with hair driers. It is difficult since the aluminum line is easily to bend and crack can occur where it is connected to the block fitting part. I want to use a breaker bar but it is difficult to properly grip the block fitting with vice due bent shape of the alumum line. Any idea?

The bolt is B011508356 shown in the attached diagram.
