Re: Copy of jamsvx2 yahoo page

This is one of the great thread. Always thought the Lotus Etna and SVX were really similar, not only the dome canopy but its side press lines as well. He does a lot of similar designs for many different brands/companies and some might argue that's not right but I'm OK with it. I guess it's all because I like Giugiaro!

It's funny that Subaru requested not to use the pop-up head lights but he drew them anyway in the first rendering.

Re: Copy of jamsvx2 yahoo page

Did anybody else notice that that station wagon concept was supposed to have a 280! horsepower 3.3L? Or am I just way behind the times?

Re: Copy of jamsvx2 yahoo page

Would it not be great if Subaru followed Ford, (Mustang ),Chrysler( PT Cruiser,Charger ) and GM ( Camero, Monte Carlo ) and make a retro SVX , I bet they would sell now. Even if they used the WRX drive train "OH yea a 6 speed SVX turbo " Everyone that sees mine knows it's history even the young people I work with that were only 2 or 3 when it came out . I have been approached to sell mine many times .People still stare at it.

That one isn't too bad at all.

The rest are kinda odd. Some seem to have split windows just to have them, not because the roofline and glass size requires it, as SVX does.

The sport coupe kinda looks like a bit of XR4Ti/Sierra. I like the hatchback, and mid-wing.

I thought there was a section on the S40, S40II, S3, and S4 regarding production dates, available colors, glass colors, etc. Any chance you downloaded that somewhere, and could post here?

That's weird. It worked a minute ago.

Just go to www.archive.org and type "www.geocities.com/jamsvx"

EDIT: I think I fixed it. Try again.
