What can I say... The recklessness of some people (and the fact that the laws just don't get enforced) in the face of the environment is pretty sad...

If I ever see ANY PAVER in North Carolina doing anything outside the scope of his job, well lets just say that NC DENR reports directly to the Governor, just like the EPA answers directly to the President... And I'm sure that Governor Easily wouldn't be too happy to hear that some of his road crew are blatantly polluting his state...

We had cleaning supplies, aka kittylitter for cleaning such a spill, but the rain got to it before we could.

I understand and agree (comming from the guy who just went to the recycle bin 5 min ago) but he doesn't have to be such an butt about it. I'm sure the pranksters did their part to clean it up. If he is really worried about the environment sell the svx and get a prius not only for less consumption but svxi LEAK OIL!!!!!!!!!!

Dude, I'm chill... Can't do anything about it now, but if I were there things would have been different... Think about it like this though, would you like it if someone poured oil in your back yard?? I bet you'd probably flip out... Not to mention until either of you understand the chemistry and the distruction that just one quart of oil can do to the general environment, telling me to chill is just showing the same ignorant ways of the majority of the rest of the world...

Thank you... You're absolutly right... We DON'T have a spare... Did you know that there are over 250,000 organic compounds at the moment, all man made and all toxic in some form or another. Many of these chemicals are responsible for lower sperm counts, infertility in females, birth defects... Think about that... The birth defects that we see nowdays, the cancer, "abnormal diseases" could very well be caused by the generation before us and their recklessness with the environment...

Deleted.... It's pointless trying to educate closed minds on such important and destructive issues...

Seriously I'm not trying to be a dick here but is that hurting the enviroment?

Not to be rude, but crude oil is a component of asphalt. So, the paver is doing his job by pouring oil onto the pavement.

Like the signs say...Give 'Em A Brake

Though pouring a quart of liquid gold on the parking lot probably wasn't the BEST idea ever.
