Unhappy engine problems

OK here we go again. Now my engine has decided it's going to blow out a rod bearing now that I have 4.44's. I'm working on that problem right now with svxfiles and I can hopefully get it solved before Reading.

The problem I want to solve right now is I changed my oil and cleaned my throttle bodies, Ans also found a ground wire disconnected on the back of the motor from the dog bone mount on the tranny to the firewall that I hooked back up. Now my idle will not drop below say 950 RPM with the lights on and warmed up. It idled at 600-650 before I did the work. I checked my vacuum lines on the intake and they are all hooked up. What else could it be??

maybe you clogged up the AIC which is located on the bottom of the TB. Try to drive it for a while and see if it will clear up

I kinda doubt it because all I did was spray the stuff onto a rag and clean the sealing surfaces and throttle plates. The can was almost empty and wouldn't spray with any kind of pressure, So I made due with what I had. I'll try a little throttle body cleaner in the hose to the IAC if it doesn't clear up soon.
