Goin' to Kansas City, Kansas City here I come.....
We leave Friday for KC. We'll get there Saturday, then head back home on Thursday. Just thought I'd post this in case there's anyone around the area who might want to touch base. I'll check my PMs and such Friday morning.

Actually... hubby's 20th HS reunion is over the weekend.... but I don't think we'll go....we're going mainly to visit family. You up for a BBQ north of the river on Tues? My mom is planning... sure my hubby will end up cooking (he's awesome).... .would love to have you.....seriously.... let me know.

These days, I haven't been getting off from work till late in the evening, so I likely won't be able to make a weekday get together, but if you guys happen to be in the southland area on Sunday, we could meet up for lunch.

Well there's a decent sized lake in the area, but being a city folk, if I had that kind of money, I'd probably settle for less land in a more exciting area. Maybe he's planning for his retirement?

indep ks u mean missouri thats where i grew up. that is i huge chunk of land. or its the indep on near oklahoma in ks. but yeah im awaiting my leave impatiently. aug 14 i start my journey homeward. cant wait to be back at arrowhead for this season.

There are probably more good Barbecue Restaurants in Kansas City than any other city in America. If you ever get the chance go to Carl's Fish and Ribs of Hwy 69 in Pleasant Valley you will not be disappointed.
