I'm going to change it this week - already changed it a month ago once. I run regular fluid. I do have a fan mounted on one of the coolers but a few trips to the rust belt this year locked it up solid so it was nonfunctional during this run - I don't think it would have made a difference though in this case - the tranny just makes too much heat for it to keep up.
