Mattski's wife needs an SVX now

There's a red 95 (I think) L at a dealer in Lancaster. I've yet to have luck getting someone there when I go by but the car overall is in very good external shape i.e. NO major fade or oxidation that shouldn't buff out with a good coat of wax. It has right around 100k on the clock. Its been there for some time now so you may be able to get a good deal on her. Its much nicer than that 96 LSI with 60k that Autohaus of Lanc County has which they just dropped to 11k.

Any other opinions out there?

If that's a "bumper to bumper" and includes drive train, I'd take the 4 year warranty, but, I'd try to talk him down to 5,500. 120K is a lot of miles. Check service history and read the fine print on the warranty. One aside: tell him if he can show you the original manual wallet (with manual), the tool kit (with all elements, including wheel chocks), both OE Keys (with remote fobs) and the valet key, and, if he'll throw in an original SVX penlight, that you'll give him the full six G's.

My wife just took over the 94 SVX named 'Pearly'. It is now officially "Her Car." As many of you know, I had looked for a 94 pearly for about 3 years. Now the Naviguesser has it. She has come down with a really bad case of SVX fever. I always wanted a 94 pearly. Now I'll just have to start my quest again and find another one.

Hey Larry, I'll let you adopt mine. Just pay it off, I'll keep it and drive it. Every 6 months I'll send you a picture and a cute story about the car. I'll take good care of it and make sure it gets all the maintenence.

Hey, it works for all those kids overseas.

Oh and my tires are Cavalier Defenders made by Michelin(sp?).

So, Matt, what's the scoop. Are you a His 'n' Her SVX team, yet?

BTW, really enjoyed meeting you guys at Reading. Your wife is delightful, though I never learned her name.

John,
Sorry I didn't get to say a "proper goodbye" to you and Trish. It was great meeting Trish . . . finally!

Looks like we'll be seeing much more of her now that she has been assimilated into the SVX community. Resistance is futile.
