I still think we can fairly easily make a lexan body and am still willing to give it a try. Sounds like a fun project to me! I have to check the other thread to see if Leslie sent me those dimensions, if not I will still need them, Leslie. PM me with them please.
What kind of dimension do you need?

Dimensions for the R/C chassis (wheel base, width, height) so that I can make sure the body shell fits.

Tell me about it! One would think that Tamiya would have made a scale model of the SVX when it came out. They seem to have scale models of everyother car that rolled out of Japan. I'd love to get my hands on one of those if they did.

There's my RC car if anyone cares. Its an AWD electric tamiya chassis, AWESOME body, even interior (isn't in that pic) with two rally drivers! When I went to japan I bought mad upgrade parts for it (carbon gear shafts, sticky tires, carbon fiber shock towers, adjusatable swaybars etc).

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

Beautiful car, Rob! Incredible details on that baby Easy to tell that's your kitchen with the formica and the cantalope in the background. Kelli you make nice now...stop being an instigator!

Its my MOTHER'S kitchen Kelli. :P

Its a Celica All Trac, 91'. Sweet car. Not reliable. My r/c version is fun as hell though. I can remove the driveshaft to make it RWD. Hehehe. Has adjustable suspension too.

Cancel that order. I was able to track down a pic of it and it's just an XT, not an SVX. I was not aware that the "Alcyone" name was used on the XT's.

Well, as it says on the link:

"It seems to take for a while until being put on the market."

I'd buy one of those puppies in a heartbeat!
