Reading Planners meeting

It is that time of year again to work on setting up a planners meeting I guess (esp for me as my winter work will be picking up in a week or so plus the whole baby thing). We've had a good core of local volunteers for the past couple of years but anybody else in the vicinity is more than welcome to speak up and join in. The more people and diversity involved simply will create a much better and bigger event for everyone.

So long as no one has any objections or has already done so I was gonna send a letter off to Subiesport Magazine inviting them to the meet. I'm sure being a limited $$$, new mag they probably won't make it but the coverage they can provide might help.

Anybody wanna start with possible meeting dates and such around x-mas. We're kinda limited as the holiday's fall on Saturday this year.

The 26th isn't great for me as I'll be working snow providing at Roundtop. If that's the day though I'll wanna know soon so I can ask off.

Only objection I would have is that is 2 days before X-mas. Is there another place that might work without the traffic mess of the late shoppers.

Never, ever, associate me with this freaking county! I hate this place! Well lets see, Bobby would be coming from Coatesville (up 30 or 322). Nubs from Lebanon. Doesn't leave us much but what about the Cat's Meow in Manheim? We ate there I think 2 years ago right? It is a little out of Bobby's way but it is also out of the great X-mas shoppers way too.

Can we change the location to the Pub in New Holland at 7 on the 23rd (where we ate twice now)? Two reasons. It is closer to the center I think for all of us and Cat's has a Christmas party that night. Please everyone post they saw this who's coming so we're all on the same page.
