What does IM & AIM stand for and does the message show up on e-mail? We have somekind of message blocker here at work and it quarantines the messages and then we have to release them. I did the "who are you" message to someone from Alfa Laval (an industrial products company) about 10 days ago, because I am dealing with that company but did not recognize the name.
