'96 with 10k miles on eBay ...

Just curious, anyone here bidding on this car? The car sounds like it just came off the showroom floor - the bid is up to $11,100 and the reserve has not been met with 5 days to go!

What Do You Think?

I would suspect at least 2 or 3 from here are bidding on it and probably 20 or 30 others watching with great interest.

Very nice looking car. I do find it kind of amusing that it has a "rotary engine" though

Don't buy it my friend's aunt who lives in Jacksonville Beach looked at it today and told me there was some oil leakage under the car and the car looked like it had been driven hard. She said that the oxygen sensors weren't working and that there were some minor scratches/dents around the hood. Too good to be true I guess.

Of course it's leaking some oil. It's been sitting for a while probably.

I bid on it but not 11k. He's selling to hi bid irrespective of the reserve he told me.

His old uncle must've been to the races it sounds like XD.

If you win it, fly down the next day with deposit in hand and if it's misrepresented, hand him a bill for your airfare/wages. If not, you may have the lowest miler in existence. Do you feel lucky, punk?

In addition to the obvious, I'd be wonderin' how much time it's spent living in that salty air.

I just saw this car. This isn't the same SVX that one guy purchased that had never been titled is it? Think the guy paid 27k for it. Although, if I recall correctly, that SVX had chrome wheels.

The one you were thinking about is a 97 svx and was sold in Colorado. The buyer was from the bay area and started to use it as his daily beater.
