Talking Power window switch fix

I had a problem with my power window switches breaking off the mount and falling down in the door. The other night, Don and I had the door apart to remove my rearview mirrors, and I stuck the swithces back in their location and covered the bottom with duct tape so they would stay in place. It REALLY worked! You cant tell at all from the ouside, and they function perfectly. Go me!

I'm still gonna buy new swithces... It bugs the heck out of me knowing there is duct tape in my door.

Significant Technical Input
A hot glue gun would be cheaper than switches and would allay any duct tape phobias.

I just replaced the switches minus the broken piece and it works like new. My switches broke on just one side of the mount.
