I have to agree with some of the comments posted. I would be very unhappy seeing that done if I took my car in, they could have been much worse. I imagine they barely got a slap on the wrist thoguh

When I worked TLE at Wal-mart the service writer would do that type of stuff to damn near every car
Worst thing was when one of the techs decided they would teach him how to drive stick in a customers car..... I happily quit that job.  Dustin
