Doomsday? Seems that way.. Seems like the lenders are really pushing people to get loans though.. My credit is horrible and I was approved for a few thousand a while back.. I've made three payments and want more money.. I think I should just start killing people for money.. lol

Still, a lot of people are avoiding loans or even buying much at all. I'm just supprised to see someone buying a new car.

BRAVO! I'm so tired of people being tight and hoping the economy will approve. It won't unless those of us with money are buying stuff.

Now that I know you didn't buy the car, I can also say that I was thinking "Wow, I can hear the cheap GM plastic squeaking and rattling from way over here!"

This time of year is the worst. Winter energy bills, before tax refunds and after Christmas.

Every dealership I went into had a real down vibe.

Jezz the caddy place was really depressing. All that gorgeous 60K iron in the showroom and it's just me, a lowly 30 something in jeans and a sweatshirt looking for a (relatively) cheap car. I've never seen so many fake smiles

OMG, everyone's poor!

when we applied for a mortgage, we were approved for 4x what we wanted to borrow. fortunately for the economy, we aren't going to borrow that much BECAUSE WE CAN. McMansion LOL.

Wow.. Now if only my callers would take your advice into account. A lot of idiots in MD decided to take what the bank gave them.. Guess who's losing their homes the fastest? lol
