Evo Front mount intercoolers

I figured I'd throw these up here incase a home brewed turbo setup was in need of something good but cheap.

Essentially I switched from a biturbo setup to a larger single divided setup with an integral liquid-air intercooler/plenum. Thus I don't need two matching cores anymore. Red tape is just there to keep crap out of the endtanks. Top core is from an Evo 9 MR with under 5K miles on it and the lower core is from an Evo 9 GSR with about 15K miles on it. Both excellent condition with no corrosion or dents.

They're a good OEM quality front mount $95 each plus $25 shipping. Can't beat that. Paypal or money orders only Paypal jaded_silver@hotmail.com

Ditto. I would be at the very least interested in one for sure.

I wanna say 2.25" or 2.5", I honestly don't know off the top of my head. If you can wait until tomorrow I can get you all the dimensions of the cores, they're at my shop right now and I'm home typing here

I'm not in a huge hurry, so no worries.

Just looking to upgrade my front mount on the MX-6. Right now it's got a Starion unit, and that works fine, but this is just a better piece and it's hard to beat OEM durability.

If I ever get back on my turbo project that looks like a nice intercooler to use.

Here's all the dimensions I pulled form the cores. Both are identical.

Core size(without the endtanks) 11.5" x 19.25" x 2.75"
Total width of intercooler with endtanks at widest point is ~ 25"
Total width of intercooler from inlet to outlet is ~ 31"
Inlet/Outlet diameter is 2.25"
There are three mouting tabs on these intercoolers, one on each ndtank and one off the top bar of the core.

Let me know if they interest you at all. I bought them off my customers here when I swapping in larger aftermarket front mount cores on their Evo's, knocked about $175 of each of their final bills when they picked up their cars. I have little use for them now. Funny you mentioned a Starion unit on your car because I almost sold one to a Conquest owner.

Oh and I'll wash the small bugs off them before shipping too Never got around to that when I was test fitting them on my car and then realized I wanted a big single.

Well, I'll sleep on it tonight. If you find some money in your paypal tomorrow Adam, it's probably me.

I'll send you a PM if I do, but I am interested in either one of them.

Long sleep Nevin? Just joking. Figured I hold one for you until I heard back on whether you wanted to pick one up.

Haha, sorry. I had to work this morning but I did do some thinking. If you have someone else ready to give you money for it, go ahead. I have a bad habit of buying things I don't NEED and this certainly falls into that category. My intercooler works fine now, and I don't plan on turning up the wick anytime too soon.

Soooo long story short, sorry to have kept you waiting, I think I'll pass.
