The painted grille doesn't work for me, but the car looks great, good luck!

That bumper's not too bad at all! I can't say that I much care for the hood pins or the grill, but at least it's not carbon fibre black . . . to each their own.

Anyway, bumper looks great, as does that paint job/tint. A really sharp looking SVX; very svxy.

speedlinx,
air is drawn from the same place it comes from on yours too.
all that i changed was the hump in the middle of the bumper, it's purely cosmetic. some one backed into me and damaged the bumper there so it needed to be repainted, then i figured i'd costomize while i was at it, the stock front bumper just seemed too plain.

... well, thats the point.

He has done this (whether he knows it or not) in an attempt to draw out the nose of the car... which is what really "tells the times" for the SVX, many modern sports/touring coupes have long flowing noses with headlights wrapping into it peering out through and around the rest of the nose.

yup, that's what i was going for, svx modernization, the rest of the car looks like it was built in the mid 2000's so why not the front. as for the hood locks, it function over fashion there. as some of you may have been unlucky enough to figure out the svx is pretty much one of the easiest cars to break into, some one kept breaking in and steeling amps/subs/reciver so i put those locks on to keep hoodlums from poping the hood and disconecting the battery to turn off the alarm.

I think it is fiberglass bondo, or maybe metal bondo... hope it won't crack with time

Danny,
That's what I was thinking too. First time the bumper gets "tapped" the "bump" could end up on the street

I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.
Can I be honest? Are you going to take that out in public?

fiberglass hump, screwed to the bumper and plastic epoxied(no little tap is gonna take it off unless the bumper goes with it) then a little flexable bondo for fine for fine tunning.
