A quicker steering rack would be great, but I thought SVX's have speed sensitive steering. As your speed increases the steering slows.... I am right?? If I am does this make things tricky?

1500-2500 isnt bad in my opinion, for suspension i mean. though to be honest, id be tapped out at about $1500 or $1600. but if you do end up doing this, id def be in!

That just varies the power assist. At slow speeds the steering is lighter, at high speed it's heavier.

As soon as a quicker steering rack is available and the BBK adaptor is available I will buy both....

I'd happily donate an old rack and ship it on my dime for yor review and potential build. I can also ship you a hub assembly and the Stoptech WRX adapter for your review. I'd need the adapter and hub back.

If you're willing to do so that would work out well. I have a full set of SVX hubs/spindles here so you don't have to send that part. I'd only need the stoptech radial mount adapter for a day tops and ship it right back to you. It'll allow me to verify fitment....

Bill, are you saying that a 2 turn lock to lock steering rack is not street legal?

no, what he is getting at is that it is the amount you turn the wheel that matters, not how difficult it is.
