Speedmeter Lights

Hello,

does anybody know a good way to change the light behind my speedmeter?Just one lamp is dead, behding 0-100km/h.

I turn out the 3 screws over the speedmeter, but i can't get it out. It hang over the buttons.

I hope somebody has a information for me! thanks from germany
