Hey, it was great meeting all you guys I had a good time at the meet. HUGE thanks to Marisa for getting it together. You guys are cool, hopefully I'll get to bring Samantha (my SVX) down sometime after i get the oil leaks fixed.

The meet went great! I talked the girlfriend into letting us get an Impreza (still dont know if its gonna be a GC8 or an '05 STi though). Hopefully i'll get mine running pretty soon so we can double the SVX's at the next meet . Bad news though , I might have to sell the pearly.

Yeah, I thought the meet was a lot of fun. It lasted until 9:30pm. We got to meet new people (including those from the impreza & wrx families) and I bet if we had more SVXes it would have gone even longer! hehe
I was so embarrassed not having my car there.. Next time, mine will definitely be there. I was hoping to get together again this weekend because Scott & Don couldn't come last week and Skip is still on vacation... and I am assuming my car will be finished by then and you guys can see the quality of the work done by The Paint Shop. Is it too soon???
I would like to start looking into doing things like they do at the reading meets (even if on a much much much smaller scale ) - just stuff fun for us to learn/do. Clean some headlights... I don't know!

Gonna bump this up because I wanna start planning another meet soon!

The ebony is running, just waiting until monday to get my tags for it. And the '95 is gonna go into the shop in 2-3 weeks for the tranny swap and engine resealing.

I have to put my wheels on and top off fluids tomorrow. I still have an exhaust leak to fix, but that will wait.

I got it insured Friday, but didn't get a chance to go to the DMV. I hope to get the tags on Monday during lunch. So far I have just run it on the jack stands w/o exhaust in my garage. It will be a totally different car with all the mods to it. My last drive in it ended with a tick tick, pop pop pop, clunk clunk, screech!

Depending on how many people reply and say for sure they'll go, we may be moving the meet up to next weekend! (Feb. 16-17).

We need a house to meet at.... Maybe we can do a BBQ at Don's or Skip's house or something... If we did one at Scott's we could all meet on the southwest side of SA and take a little drive to the southeast.. its a lot of fun to drive around and see a bunch of SVXs...
but lets not meet in two weeks though cause I'll be at READING!!!
