Door Panel Question

I need to replace both of my interior door trim panels. They have separated and closing the door on both sides you see a split. There is one on ebay for the right side only from a 96 SVX. Would this fit my 95 SVX. New i priced them on subaruparts.com for over 500.00 each. Does anyone know a cheaper method or actually have used ones for sale. Mine are grey non leather ones. I guess they're vinyl covered. Thanks in advance for any knowledge on this.

Mike

You can always try a reputable auto upholstry shop. Since your doors don't have the ecsaine (faux suede), the vinyl should be easily matchable. They're still using it on several cars. I think that would actually be your best bet.

If you have an L or an LS, then an LSi panel wouldn't work. However if they both are L or LS, then they should be the same. I don't think there was any differentiation in the color of the vinyl from one year to another.

I think what you mean is that they would work, they just wouldn't match

Any base model L, LS, or LE SVX that does not have a leather interior will have door panels that match yours. LSI and LSL would not match, but will fit. I see these on EBay every once in a while for less than $100 each, sometimes much cheaper.
