Question <REDLINE ATF> which one??

Which Redline ATF do you guys use? I see they have about 5 different kinds (synthetic, D4, High temp, racing, and C+) I got the D4 ATF -- it says it works for Dexron III, Dexron II, Mercon, or, Mercon V. Is this the right oil?

Thanks

I believe that most, who are using the Redline are using the "High Temp" grade.

Which I never understood. I thought the point of all the coolers, etc. was to keep the temperature down to where it should be. I personally use the D4 ATF.

Why?

Use the High Temp! The point of which, it doesn't break down as readily in case of high temperatures . . .

No offense, but even if you have a tranny cooler (which not all of us do), if you're going to spend the $$ on Red Line synthetic ATF, why not get something that will give you a little more protection from high temps?

Or is there something special about D4 ATF we don't know about?
