Door types:

Lambo/scissor doors, which open straight up.
Butterfly: Hinged along A pillar or pivot points in door jamb and roof
Gull-wing: Hinged in roof, Delorean style
Cylco-Helix: Extend straight out from car and twist, like the Koenigsegg CCX.

500 is just parts, you have to weld stuff, roll part of the fender back. lots of work and if you don't have all the tools or the know how... you're looking at hefty labor. or a few cases of beer to pay your buddy who does to help ya! that's what I'm gonna try! :P
